The Community Relations Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing effective communication strategies to successfully communicate the benefits and services Harbor Health’s Elder Service Plan (a PACE program) offers. In addition, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for educating and guiding individual participants and their caregivers through the decision making process as they evaluate the program for themselves and those they provide care for.
